About us
Our company was established at the beginning of the year 1998 by three companions. All of the companions are partners of auditor's company AUDIT PLUS, s.r.o. as well, which is a member of the international network of auditor's, accounting and advisory companies Nexia International. UAS provides bookkeeping, very often for clients, who are the clients of AUDIT PLUS, s.r.o. as well. UAS provides bookkeeping and accounting consultancy to both new establishing companies and companies in liquidation.
Our clients are small and mediate firms as wholesale, publishers, consultancy firms, architectural offices etc.
Our company's work team includes except three companions six employees. One of the companions is registered tax adviser, one of them is auditor. The employees of the company have appropriate abilities and previous experience that assure bookkeeping without mistakes in a full range. The companions are experienced for preparation of financial statements based on IAS/IFRS as well. We are able to prepare financial statements in English and German too.
We use high-quality software for processing bookkeeping. All of the data are spared daily.
